These terms apply to purchases from and use of carcostumes.com, operated by Stickios LLC ("we," "us," or "our") under the Car Costumes brand. Please read them before placing an order. For help, contact [email protected].

Orders & payment

Please provide accurate contact and shipping details and use a payment method you are authorized to use. Prices are listed in U.S. dollars. Shipping is free; applicable tax and your order total are displayed at checkout. Payments are processed by PayPal, and the payment service you choose may have its own terms.

An order or payment confirmation acknowledges your purchase details. If an item is unavailable, a material listing or pricing error affects your order, or we cannot fulfill it, we will contact you and cancel and refund any affected payment rather than substitute an item or charge a different price without your agreement.

Product information

Read the product description, dimensions and care instructions before ordering. Measurements are approximate, and colors can look different across screens and lighting conditions. Product photos illustrate possible arrangements; the included quantities and materials are specified on the product page.

Our car stickers use removable, repositionable vinyl. Careful handling and a clean adhesive surface are important when repositioning. Results depend on the condition of the vehicle surface and how the stickers are applied, handled and exposed to the environment.

Application & safe use

Apply to clean, dry, smooth, intact, factory-finished vehicle surfaces according to the product instructions. Avoid fresh or peeling paint, rust, wraps, damaged clear coat and other compromised finishes. Wax, ceramic coatings, dirt and oils can affect adhesion.

Do not obstruct the driver's view or cover lights, cameras, sensors, license plates or required markings. You are responsible for safe placement and compliance with applicable vehicle rules. Contact us if you are unsure whether a surface is suitable.

Shipping, returns & order problems

Our Shipping & returns policy explains returns and delivery information. Unused products in their original condition may be returned within 30 days of delivery. Customers pay return shipping unless an item arrived damaged, defective or incorrect.

If an order is missing, damaged or incorrect, email us with your order information so we can help. If you need to change or cancel an order, contact us promptly; changes may not be possible after it has shipped.

Website content & use

The website's logos, artwork, photographs and written content belong to their respective owners. Purchasing a product does not transfer intellectual property rights in that content. Do not copy or commercially reuse it without permission, except where permitted by law.

Do not misuse the website, attempt unauthorized access or interfere with checkout or security. External services and linked websites operate under their own terms and policies.

Your rights

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits consumer rights, warranties or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited. If there is a problem with your purchase, please contact us so we can work toward a resolution.

Updates & contact

We may update these terms by posting a revised version with a new effective date. The terms in effect when you place an order apply to that order. Our handling of personal information is described in our Privacy Policy.
