This policy explains how Stickios LLC, operating Car Costumes ("we," "us," or "our"), handles personal information associated with carcostumes.com, purchases and customer support.

Website activity: Our hosting and security provider, Cloudflare, processes technical information such as IP addresses, requested pages, browser/device information and request times to deliver and protect the website.

How we use information

We use information to process payments and orders, arrange shipping, answer questions, handle returns and refunds, prevent fraud, protect the website, maintain transaction and accounting records and meet legal obligations.

Payments & service providers

PayPal processes checkout and payment information. We do not receive or store your full payment card number. PayPal also processes information for its own payment, security and other purposes described in its Privacy Statement.

We use service providers for website hosting and security, email, order administration, shipping and accounting. They receive information relevant to their services. These include Cloudflare for this website and Google Workspace for customer-support email. We use Veeqo to manage orders and shipping; order and delivery details are shared with Veeqo for those purposes. Shipping carriers receive delivery information needed to ship your order. We may also disclose information when required by law or reasonably necessary to address fraud, security incidents or legal claims.

Cookies & checkout technology

The storefront does not require a Car Costumes account. PayPal's embedded checkout and hosting/security services may use cookies or similar technologies for functionality, security and their own disclosed purposes. Your browser lets you manage cookies; blocking them may affect checkout.

We do not sell customer information or use it for advertising audiences or email marketing. We have not added advertising pixels or third-party marketing analytics to this storefront. Payment and hosting providers handle information under their own privacy policies.

Retention & security

We retain order and support information for as long as needed to fulfill orders, provide support, meet tax and recordkeeping obligations and resolve disputes. Retention depends on the type of record and applicable requirements. We use reasonable safeguards, but no internet service or storage system can guarantee absolute security.

Your choices & requests

We may need to verify your identity and may retain records where legally required or necessary to complete a transaction or resolve a claim. We will respond as required by applicable law.

We operate in the United States. Our service providers may process information in the United States and other countries where they operate, whose privacy laws may differ from those where you live.
